Requirements:

Associate degree (AD) or Degree holder in any relevant majors

Digital marketing experience (e.g., social media, content creation) preferred.

Proficiency with Wix or similar website builders

Familiar with MS Office Suite and messaging apps

Video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere) preferred for promotional content

Be comfortable with numbers, possess genuine interest in elderly care sector, be empathetic - one of the most important personal traits to be successful in this role, be open-minded, be positive, be nimble.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research on AI Matching Algorithms

Build prototypes to validate algorithm performance on our own dataset

Manage the database and all related works with feature engineering
Requirements:

Master’s degree or PhD. in AI, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related programs.

Strong understanding of AI / ML fundamentals, especially NLP and matching algorithms.

Hands-on experience building AI/ML applications or research projects.

Strong Python skills and familiarity with frameworks such as: PyTorch / TensorFlow, Sentence-Transformers，Scikit-learn

Good communication in advising a team with limited AI background.
